You're right.....things have changed. Dutta has shared a lot of his feelings and secrets with Naku so he expects her to do the same, especially since they are so close now. But I don't think it's just his relationship with Naku that changed his expectations. All the betrayals he has fallen victim to also has made him insecure enough to demand that everyone tells him everything.
