Dutta tells Naku not to cry, he is there, and that it is now Anna who will be crying.

The words were great, but the way it was said reminded me of when people scare their kids into doing something by saying otherwise "Gabbar Singh ayega" in that low pitch, throaty voice.

Did any of you find Dutta's tone, the pace of how he said the words a bit odd?

lol... i thought it was intense... showed his possessiveness and anger at someone hurting naku... he is Dutta bhao... I dont think that all of a sudden he is going to become soft spoken.. and I am liking this about him

Here! Me at first! It was so ... strange, so ... like some serial killer talking to you 🤓. But I soon got over my first reaction, because the intensity, the anger in his voice is meant indeed for Anna.Dutta is more than angry, now that he found Naku he isn't going to spare Anna for taking her and having her tied to a scarecrow. And not to forget he heard Naku's screams today.

Yeah I noticed that his tone was strange but I gathered it is because of him trying to control his emotions ie. to finally have Nakku in his arms and not some hulicination.

You are right--the anger, the fear he had about what Naku was going through--these were behind the tone. But it just sounded so throaty...he did not even talk like that to Naku during their wedding! 😆

It was certainly suppressed rage there but also the need to comfort a terrified Nakku plus an immense relief at seeing her physically unharmed. I think all these emotions were brought out beautifully in that throaty raspy voice, And u r right Huma He's Bhau certainly knows no subtlety. these were all raw emotions expressed this way. And notice the snake like eyes when he mentions Anna.Loved it totally.

i agree he hugged her in relief to knw she's ok... n thn consoled her wen she was cryin knwin tht anna must hav tortured the poor soul...n this thought made him angry..thts y he spoke in such intense n low pitch voice...

im loving this angry side of dutta...its what sets him apart from other tv male characters

im loving this angry side of dutta...its what sets him apart from other tv male characters

Well of course he's angry...he was drugged senseless and his wife kidnapped. He's always been angry and I hope that stays a primary feature to his character. Despite his new love, I still want Dutta to remain largely intact--not changed too much. No softie-mushy guy who is ga-ga over his wife.

But still the lines + voice felt a little contrived to me. But I love Dutta anyway!

oh hell no..i dnt wnt tht either... n hpe tht CV's dnt change his character much...he shud stay the way he is...love the angry dutta😳

Even I agree to this one point the character n his actions shudnt change

as far as the low pitched raspy (i can kill anyone) voice is concerned i think its totally justified for wat he had been thru topped it with the knowledge wat Naku had been thru too .... he did hear her scream after all n he isnt stupid he is a seasoned don n he knows wat Anna is capable of doing so he is point blank enraged no need of further explanation behind his uncanny voice
