Coming back to the point of discussion - There are many who think the show is slow. They just don't express it here as they don't want to keep on justifying themselves. Now even I am tired. I don't think I'll be interested in coming to this forum again. I understand not all forum members are like that...I appreciate those who listen to other's views and make valuable contributions for the betterment of this show. Wow. Look, I think so many of us are die-hard fans, and we'd be the first ones to tell you that the pace or consistency of the show is not always good. It could be better for sure. Having said that, perhaps, the reason why the topic appears to be a "no-no" as you say it is, is not necessarily because noone wants to even think about it. Every so often, a post will come up and say the show is too slow, and yes, many a time it is. HOWEVER, the show IS very different in its focus--characters, emotions, etc.--and it takes some time to understand that about the show. And once someone sees it and understands its style, its preoccuption with characters and their flaws, quirks, strengths, an almost single-minded focus on the leads and their family/friends unit, you really do come to accept it for what it is. In fact, I think fall in love it with what it is. That does not mean however that even I always like the show's pace...but I respect it for what it has done to date and always give it the benefit of the doubt.

I think it is this statement about the show being slow, boring that elicits such a strong reaction...it's true at times BUT it's so much more than that. Its slowness is what makes it so addictive (in terms of the story and Dutta-Naku) and that takes time to grasp. And honestly, the fact that it is so different from other shows is what makes it a gem. Not always a perfect gem, with no flaws, but a really lovely one nonetheless.

And you should know, that sometimes words that are written don't always come out right. But on this forum, you will find really witty, sassy, opinionated, and overall wonderful people. I hope you give it another chance...it's totally worth it. 😃

Welllll I do feel that the show drags at frequent intervals🤔, but then maybe thats coz I'm a very impatient viewer generally. And I know that many viewers appreciate the attention to detail and building of atmosphere in the serial. So whenever the show's pace is too slow for me, I just switch channels until I see something concrete happening, or check the forums to know if I'm missing something. It works for me and keeps my interest in the serial alive.

I actually shudder at the thought of the reveal because the whole thing will be anything but romantic.. Babi will be crying in a corner.. Naku in another... can't take that emotional atyachar.

I do wish this whole show took place with people on skates.. at least tortoise chaal sey toh picha chutey ga.. that is where they drag everything.
