Exactly like the hyderabadi biryani with all layers....bus mujhse ek galti ho gayi....since It was veg, I shld have gone a little easy on spices....meat mein u have to put more spices, in veg, it has to be 3/4th of the portion thats why garam masaala zyaada ho gaya....next Time will take care!!

Hey Ladies,

I'm here again. More or less on and off and trying to distract myself. I had to leave my husband at the hospital yesterday again, today was the first operation. We went to visit him this afternoon for an hour or so and he was still loosing a good amount of blood. But he seemed okay, I guess tomorrow we'll know more. I don't want a miracle, just hope we can get rid of that stupid wheel chair and live a more or less normal life again next summer
