No pandit cant do it...only the couple can register a marriage legally. I am not saying the marriage is illegal. its perfectly legal as it was performed as her hindu rituals in front of many guests. naku or dutta can prove any time that they got married. but hinduism doesnt recognize divorce. divorce is a legal procedure and would be needed if the marriage was registered(again a legal process) or in case of dispute ie if one of the parties goes to court wanting a divorce. but in tasha's case dutta has released naku from the marriage and naku wont question him so they dont really need to divorce. but naku can i guess still go to court and claim rights as dutta's wife ie order him to resume married life or pay her maintenance in case of seperation. not sure if she can claim his property...i think she can do that too. but would naku do all this? and more importantly but dutta bother for court summons?😆

i dnt think there is an issue of property here........if something happens to dutta.........then his property will ultimately seized by govt.......as its a ilegally owned property.......i dnt think naku or anybody else could own his property..............this is the law of land...........
@shreya........naku can't go to court for maintenance..........she had married a gangster who hav a illegal business........his money comes from smuggling which is prohibited.......so there is nothing legal about his property..............

Dibya...dutta is shown to be very smart when it comes to his money and business. I am sure he converted all his black money to white. thats how it happens in real life too. he wudnt want his family on the streets if he died just becuz he didnt take the precaution of converting his money. thats why we keep hearing of land deals in LTL. invest in land or property by showing a lower value legally and sell it off after some time...automatically all the black money becomes white and legal. then invest that money elsehwhere.
