If we see Nakku leave and accept her fate that the marriage is over. Legally would Dutta still have to file a divorce and would they need to sign the papers. Legally where would she stand? By just announcing that you are free from this relationship legally probably does not free her from the marriage.

It does actually. Its mandatory in India to register marriages...I am sure TaSha didnt do that.

Dutta and Legal ??? Never... His dhandha itself is not Legal!!!! Dutta has his own justice and court system....and he doesnt beleive in the other s/m........

But remember how Kishore had said that Legally she is his wife so if something would have happened to him all the property would be hers. Maybe the pandit at the wedding went and filed the papers that he performed the wedding and Dutta had so many tired and hungry guests as witness.

nothing matters to naku.all dat she want is to see dutta happy.she wnt accept any1 else in her life sooo whats d mtr for her to seprate legally 😭

like siad legal ka picture will also not come...since they have not registered the marriage till now..is it even valid
