I think Kishore is on the surface a great character...a third-party that sounds out what is right vs. wrong with everyone's actions.

We know he mentioned Bhau and shaitan, etc. How Naku had to help Bhao find the Bhagwan inside. I do not think Kishore is the BH, but playing shaitan's advocate, here are thoughts worth thinking about:

how come kishore has never tried to undermine his wife and expose her in all this time? aside from threatening their son, why would he not want to? He's an enabler of sorts, allowing her to do things that will HURT Bhao.

I loved that he supported Naku, but was his motivation not so pure? The more Naku confronts Dutta, is in his face, the more upset and violent Dutta would get?

When Kala was about to "shoot" Naku the other day, did he have another motivation for wanting Naku alive?

And finally, how can he, as a person full of faith in God and being kind, live with Bhao and benefit from his dealings as a Don?

Again, I find it hard to think Kishore could be BH...but I thought why not? What do you think?

I already wrote it somewhere a few days before; I think Kishore is the male version of Naku somehow. He didn't stop Kala earlier because she didn't actually hurt someone (I mean before Sups). When Sups appeared and she started her games/plans, he tried to talk her out of it. He didn't want to expose her because she believes there is something good inside her and she can change. He loves his wife and is loyal to her. At the same time he constantly struggles with guilt.

As for a good, faithfull man like him living with Dutta; that's something Kishore has in common with Dutta. He looks at the person's heart. He knows how Dutta got into the bussiness and that he isn't proud of what he has done. That he tries his best to help the needy and last but not least that he can't go back even if he wants to. Being faithfull also means accept every person with all his/her flaws, not to look beyond the surface and so on. And I think that's exactly what Kishore (and Naku too, she is a very religious person too) is doing.
