guys......i had a story in my eng syllabus in class 5 or 6 named "the girl in veil"........LTL reminds of this story.........
there is a very beautiful but poor girl living with her mother.......her mother always worries what will happen to her daughter after her death........she afraids that someone might take advantage of her beauty n poverty........so she makes a veil for her........
oneday the mother falls ill....she calls her daughter n asks her to wear the veil n never to show her face to anyone.......the girl promises her not to show her real beauty to neone n also not to trust any men.........
the girl put on the veil n goes to another village.........there she works in some rich landlords land.....the old landlord likes her hardworking n helpful nature n takes her to his house to work as maid.......the girl starts living in his house.......she still has the veil.........she is also liked by landlords wife
then oneday.......the son of the landlord comes back from abroad n stays with them.......he comes across the girl n fall in love with her due to her attributes......he proposes to her n they get married.......the girl is still in veil.......all the villagers think the prince as a fool as he married a girl without seeing her face........all thinks that the girl is ugly.......so she hides her face........
then on the reception day........the veil broke n her real face is revealed to all.........all are surprised to see her beauty.......n the prince is very happy...........as he got beautiful n lovely wife.....
isn't it similar to the original concept of LTL........only diff is that naku has black make up istead of veil.......n dutta is a gangster but not less than any prince.......the rest story is same........infact this simimlarity made me watch LTL as i love this story.......a prince marrying a girl in veil.......indifference of her looks........this is what true love........
