- Some demented lady starts attacking Dutta BHAO in broad daylight (or night, as the case may be) in HIS home and people just watch?! WHAT is the world coming too?! I'm not sure why Baji didn't reflexively stop the lady - it bugged me at first. Until I realized that both Dutta and Baji are true gentlemen. Dutta ONLY retaliated (as minimal as it might have been) when he was physically attacked first. And Baji, since he wasn't "attacked', wouldn't react against an older lady. Instead he'd call on his guards to ask to move her safely (one man trying to move her would be more "dangerous" since she could push the situation out of control but two people could safely get the job done - at least that's what I feel). And another thing I noticed, when that lady personally attacked Dutta by saying that his "khushiyon ka diya" will blow out before "dawn" did anyone else notice Aayi Sahib get "angry" at the woman? Before then she'd been worried for Dutta and hurt by all the vicious things the lady was saying. As was the case after - but just for that split moment you could see Aayi Sahib's maternal instinct take over. Her primal need to defend and protect her off spring and you could see her getting ready for "attack". But after wards I feel she realized the reality of the situation and realized she had to hold herself back. Oh and another thing! Some lady comes in your house and insults/humiliates you yet you still call her "maushi" and ask for her forgiveness? *sigh* WHERE do I find these men? Can someone just tell me?! I won't tell anyone I promise!! š
- Did anyone else think that when the old lady commented on Dutta's blood stained hands, that's the moment when she really shook him up. Because that's exactly what he'd told Nakku he saw on his hands a week ago (in the show). Dutta has always "known" what he was and what he did and he's always tried to be accepting of the consequences like he was today, at least on the surface. But on the inside he was rattled and he looked at the one person who he thought would now support him - Supriya. He believes she understands him and his pain. That she's understand his hurt at being shown the metaphorical mirror again - I found that really consistent on Dutta's part (for the lack of a better word). He's always maintained that he believes Supriya understands him and his pain and looks past his "profession" and that is why I liked it when he looked to her for assurance. Even though she was useless and kept rolling her eyes! Like an idiot! God someone just smack her for me please! š”
- Aww! Nakku looked so pretty in her dress! Now if only we could scrub off that unibrow - I think we'd be in okay! Seriously - that uni brow is my archnemesis! It needs to GO! š
- Did anyone else feel that Baabi kept saying that Nakku would find her "prince" more to assure herself that it would happen (and failing at it) than to comfort Nakku? I really felt so. Like she knew that Nakku would probably never be happy with someone else and there is never going to be any one who looks past her "ugliness" (not that we can blame her - I mean come on, do we not remember the "mean" attitudes Nakku had to entertain in the old basti?!). It was really heart breaking to see Baabi trying (and fail) to live in denial. She knew better but she just didn't want to accept it - what mother WOULD want to accept that her daughter would be unhappy for the remainder of her life (not that it's true in Nakku's case... š). *sigh* Really heart breaking...
- A Tasha Scene! OMG! Okay so I have a couple of points I want to list from memory before I forget :
- Did or did not Dutta give Nakku a once over as she walked into his room?! WHAT is wrong with this guy?!?! He CANNOT do stuff like this!! Blind sir, you love this woman. Do you hear me? K, thanks! *smacks herself on the forehead*
- Nakku walks right in the door without any permission and then later heads right over to "get his clothes" from Dutta's closet? Wife-like attitude much?! Who would say that she's just a maid? And WHAT maids get so much "bonding time" with their employers? Can I work in Dutta's house too? š³
- Nakku knew right away - as soon as she saw Dutta looking at his hands - about what he was thinking off. And THAT I find very very amazing! Just as amazing as Dutta found it when she called him on his bluff. He should know by now that Nakku can tell what he really means from what he "says" - she did the first time they talked during the "pain scene" and she's been doing it since. But men! Kitna bhi obvious kiyoun na ho they are all "duffers" when it comes to love! *sigh* š
- Oooo Kaala in blue - my favorite shade of blue too - I like! š
- Did anyone else think that Nakku was intently listening for Supriya's response to Kaala's "rajkumar" comment? Only Nakku was assuming that the said "rajkumar" was Dutta and she wanted to hear how Supriya responded to that. And when Supriya sounded in "love" with her "rajkumar" (who was really the mavali! *gag*) Nakku was genuinely surprised first and then I feel she was sort of stunned into painful silence. She's been coming to accept this relationship between Supriya and Dutta one step at a time. First she knew Dutta didn't approve of Supriya, then she realized that Supriya didn't approve of Dutta - but now that she knows BOTH of them (to her knowledge) approve of each other - I think NOW is when she's just finally really accepted the relationship. Now she has nothing to "keep her busy" like before - no "making Dutta agree for the wedding" or "making sure Supriya sticks around for her own wedding" excuses. Now it's just her and her love getting married to someone else. *sigh* *gives Nakku a hug* It will be okay! š¤
