Well basically it mentions that Laxmi of GKLB will now be playing Vaidehi Lakshya Virani in KSBKBT

It shows how Lakshya meets Vaidehi, by bumping into her

He feels attracted to her, and like her, and due to curcumstances, he wnds up marrying her

Then Twinkle talks about hew much she loves Kyunki and is lucky to be a part of it

Then Yash says that Lakshya still loves KT, but he likes Vaidehi, so he marries her.

Then they interview Arth (Bhoomi's fiance, what's his name?) and say that Vaisehi is abot get married to him, but then the tide changes

wow ekta really is pissin me off though....i am gettin really irritated with this fast move. Laksh just came and there is such a big twist....😕 i really do not like the sound of this....let me guess....then this vaidehi girl will turn negative?? 🤢
