can somebody tell me why indian serials leap all the time serials here in london never leap the same people act in the serials for years you see the children grow up i dont understand

because indian soap run out of material and just skip ahead to the future and repeat storylines 😆 .

also kyunki saas bhi kabhi bahu thi is the longest running india show, it celebrated 5 years on the air back in april 2005 (1000 episode to be exact) which shows you that it is unlikely that india shows like last 20, 30 or 40 years like american soaps.

maybe when indian shows leave the whole saas bahu, wearing saris all the time thing, then maybe a true long unning soap may exist.

until then expect countless twist and turns, people constantly appearing and dissappearing and 20 year leap.
