Pulkit Samrat, who is best remembered for his role as Lakshya in Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, is tired of the legal battle that he has been fighting with Balaji Telefilms, and mentor Ekta Kapoor. The actor, who came from Delhi to become an actor in 2006, wants to amicably resolve differences with the production house. He has already communicated his good intentions to Ekta, however, she is not in a mood to forgive and forget yet.

A source close to Pulkit reveals, "Yes, he wants to meet Ekta and sort things out, as the court proceedings have taken a toll on his work and family life. He has asked a few of his actor friends working for Balaji to help him get an appointment with Ekta Kapoor."

After the actor dragged Balaji Telfilms to the Bombay High Court for non-payment of dues and preventing him from seeking work outside Balaji, the production house filed a complaint against the actor at the Metropolitan Magistrate Court for making demands tantamount to extortion, following which a FIR was lodged at the Aarey Police Station (Goregaon) and the court ordered an investigation.

Admitting that he has been trying to reach his mentor, he says: "I'm always open for an amicable settlement with Ekta. Life's anyway too short to hate someone. She has been a mentor and I would really love to see the same relation between us again."

However, Ekta has rarely made exceptions for actors who have left the production house on a bitter note. In an earlier interview to Mumbai Mirror, the soap queen had said, "It's their loss if they don't understand the power of Balaji Telefilms. Some of them part amicably while some insist on making an ugly situation. Balaji's doors are closed for those who prefer to leave on a bad note."

Nausheen Ali Sardar, who had opted out of Kkusum as she refused to age on the show, is perhaps the only exception. She was recently seen making a grand entry on a special episode of Kuch Is Tarah. But Pulkit is optimistic about holding talks and starting afresh with the production house. "The future is very unpredictable. I just do my best for the day and move ahead," adds Pulkit.

OMG! Frick man, I'm so against this "no entering back" policy of hers. Balaji isn't the "only" good production house in entire India. SPHERE Productions are doing well, and many others. Who does she think she is? No offence, I'm sorry. Pulkit is right, and I'm totally supporting him, I agree she has a right to be angry and all, but too far, dude. He's asking for forgiveness, take some time, but don't act like a stone. Sheesh! 😳

thanks so much for this article. u kno wut? pulkit asking for forgiveness is good, because it shows that he might want to be back to acting with balaji again. now wut say we help pulkit and give ekta a BIG PUSH to accept our pulkit back by sending tht email/petition to get pulkit back on the show? with that many supporters, the woman can't say no! and if she does...then i don't know wuts wrong with her! 😕

Seriously dude. Ekta is like the biggest topic I discussed in my life, which is like a never-ending novel. 😳. I doubt that she'll agree, but some chances of hope left.

My Jaanu how sweet he is!! 😳 why cant ekta cum into track soon!!...n it is ekta's Loss if pulkit is not back!!

Its unfortunate that young actors like Pulkit are left with no other options. Though there are many other producton houses in India, but usually they try to avoide taking up any Balaji outshed actor coz of legal hassel etc. I hope Pullu comes back soon....

I am myself a GREAt Pulkit samrat/ Lakshya fan. But i will still say that Pulkit is wrong here. Maybe Ekta didnt give him importance in the serial or what he wanted. And thats why he quitted kyunki.

But if he had quitted it, why is he wanting to come back?? Why can't he go to bollywood and work as an film actor? Or why cant he go to another serial producrion house? 😕 Why he needs to come back to that place, which he himself have intentionally abandoned? 😕

And about Ekta, i agree with u people, she is like that from the very beginning.l..she thinks herself to be the queen, and thinks that she is the ONLY producer in the whole world... 😆

i totally agree that part..honetly pulkit u started everything first n now u say u were always ready to forgive n forget...sorry guys though i am a pulkit fan i hate to say this but pulkit is actually behaving like a loser now.
