I think that Mihir found out about te fake Tulsi which was why he went to Delhi.. when Karan and Nandani had seen him, and pretended to be in love with Mandira, so that his Tulsi could come back to shantinekietan. So although Mandira thinks she has won.. its Mihir that is double crossing her.. so het his Tulsi back, and to prove, fake Tulsi and Mandira wrong. As of Tulsi smiling.. well above explains it all becasue obviously ekta is stupid enough to repeat history again.. cuz its gets boring then .. it happened before when tulsi landed in chandigarah as whatever her name was and when she came to mumbai she found ut she was tulsi and not that other lady (sorry fogot her name), and this was all done by Mandira again!!
