The way we r completing the threads..now we need to decide about next thread just when we start the new thread

I was not gonna do the awards but I had to help Amreen bcoz Sonal was offline.

So Next time, I think Labib, Sonia, Neha (desipride), etc. hasve not done it. I hope someone ll volunteer to do that.
