Im not gonna read the last 9 pages but here's a repetitive dialouge that I've heard like 3408304958304958 tims in kyunki:

whenever a heated argument/conversation is going on between Karan Nandini, Karan always get emotional while Nandini tries to reason...so often we'll hear:

Nandini *in a super fast voice*: meri baat toh suno--

Karan *emotional tone/slow shaky voice with tears in eyes* nahin Nandini, nahin...
