It's been almost a month since the Virani family has moved into a chawl which has meant a change in the shooting location. Earlier, the shoot used to take place in an A /C studio but now they are shooting outdoors in natural air. We asked some of the serial's stars about how they are adjusting to it.
Tasneem Sheikh
"I'm enjoying the cool breeze as nowadays the climate of Mumbai is very pleasant. I'm not missing our A/C studios at all. Secondly, I like this new location since it's very close to my house. Health wise too it's very nice and refreshing."
Reshmii Ghosh
"When we started shooting, it was a bit annoying since we had to shoot in the hot sun. Then, sometimes dust particles also used to settle on my body which was very irritating. During the night time too there is some difficulty as the temperature is very cool. But after the shot I just get into my Kashmiri shawl."
Gunjan
"I'm taking extra care of my health as a month ago I had a lung infection after the chawl sequence started. That really affected my health. But now I'm fine and have got used to the conditions as well."
Manav Vij
"I'm enjoying shooting outdoors. The nights are very cool and I love winters so I hardly go and sit in my vanity van for cool air. When natural A/C is so powerful why do you need anything else? But I hope the outdoor sequences do not extend up to March. As of now no issues. After all the script demands us to stay in a chawl."
Sumeet Sachdev
"It's good fun but at the same time difficult to shoot. Travelling has become very hectic for me as I am shooting for 2 shows - Karam Apna Apna and Kyunki. The Karam shooting take place in the proper A/C studio but this is a good learning experience nonetheless."
Naman Shaw
"I'm comfortable shooting in the chawl though there are lots of things around which sometimes distract all of us. The weather is fine for me. We shoot outdoors some 1 hour which is not an issue too."
