T hat he is no longer a part of Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi is a known thing. Pulkit Samrat, who played Lakshya in the soap, claims he didn't have personal problems with Ekta Kapoor. "But it's possible that some jealous rivals planted stories in the press that Balaji was suing me for taking part in Say Shaava Shaava," he says. Samrat is disappointed that despite having been a part of this soap for the past year-and-a-half, his exit was unpleasant. He was on the sets when he read that he wasn't reporting for shoots. "It was completely untrue," he avers. Shows nixed Turns out Samrat isn't doing Say Shaava Shaava either. Why? The dates didn't work out, is his expla- nation. "It's a big loss.. but then big people suffer big losses," he adds. Was his reported tiff with Balaji Telefilms the reason for his nixing Say Shaava Shaava? Samrat retorts, "I've quit Kyunkii... so such issues are no longer valid." Wedding dancer What now? The actor promises to come up with something bigger than Lakshya. Meanwhile, he doesn't mind dancing at weddings since he's an entertainer. One of his fans has written a pictorial book on Samrat called The Beginning of Something. Isn't it a little too early to have a book written on him? He quips, "I wish to tell people that if I could suc- ceed, anyone can."
