Ekta's Kapoor will go to any length to get high TRPs. This time Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi will have a twist in its tale, yet again. The ultra-rich Virani family is now poverty-stricken. The channel and the production house will take some actors - Gautami Gadgil (Tulsi), Shilpa Salkani(Ganga) and Ronit Roy (Mihir Virani) - to the chawls in Ahemdabad to see the conditions people live in.
Says a source, "Gautami and Shilpa will be going to Ahmedabad to connect with the people there while Ronit will join them later. These actors have been instructed to interact with the locals to get inspirations from their lives. This excercise will help the actors get into the skin of the character they have to portray.
Gautami confirms that they will visit Ahmedabad soon, though she refuses to divulge details.
Shilpa aka Ganga is looking forward to the home-work before the final shoot. She says, "It will be a major twist in the story. On December 27 and 28, we are headed for Ahmedabad to interact with the locals. It will be interesting to observe the conditions they live in. The change in track will also mean, a change in the attire and the set-up."
Elaborating on the story-line Anupama Mandloi, Star Plus senior creative director - programming, says, "Trupti (Swarna Jha) has stabbed the Virani's in the back, she tricks them into signing documents that brings them on the roads. These actors will have to look credible while portraying the respective roles."
