Reshmii on what's happening to Bhoomi
Reshmii Ghosh aka Bhoomi of Kyunki is regarded as one of the most important characters in the show but of late her character seems to have been sidelined. To clear the air, we asked Reshmii what's happening to her role.
Reshmii explains, "I have not quit the show or anything like that. Kyunki is my first home. It is just that my character has taken a backseat as Trupti's murder case is yet to be solved."
How will her character take shape now? "I will be a helping hand to my dad Karan. It will be very stupid to show the Bhoomi –Joydeep –Abhir angle as now she has come to know the value of family, marriage."
Thanking Balaji, the dusky actress, says, "I am very happy with my career at present. Balaji has given me such a great platform on telly land. I have been part of this industry for some 5 years. Before this I had done lots of bad movies and my career was going nowhere. But thanks to Ekta and Balaji I feel that I'm doing some constructive work now which is being appreciated by the audience. I'm even going to Pakistan to sign a serial."
Reshmii sings off with a reminder. "Next month the audience will find more of Bhoomi but in a positive manner."
