You are right. I remembered seeing an episode in which Tripti was shown in burka but not near any train. In the precap I noticed a train. However, when I saw the video posted by you and the precap once more, then I noticed that the precap does not show any train. Tripti is standing near a window in a hotel.
So, you are right - it is flashback.
