Anita in and out of Kyunki...
In a bid to keep the TRPs soaring, Ekta Kapoor roped in her favourite actor and good friend Anita Hassanandani to do a role in Kyunki. She was brought in with a lot of pomp and show as Nakul's (Naman Shaw) love interest who changes his life. Just when the curiosity levels were rising, Anita disappeared from the scene. She came for a while to shed some tears or sing a song and then there was no sign of her. The role seemed like it had no graph, and rumours were that she wasn't given much importance. But, as an answer to that, Anita came back again, with a much stronger edge to her character. She says, "It's a cameo, so I appear only when the script needs me. It's not my show but I am happy with the treatment. I have met fans during navratri who told me how much they liked my role in the serial. I don't have any problem doing any role for Ekta."
