Who is in the guy in mask?

I think guy in the mask who wants to kill Nandini is Karan and nandini's son. It sounds weird. But, he is following the steps of his father-karan who also once wants to destroy viranies.

Does anyone notice the voice of his unknown person? I feel like it's Jay Bhanushali's voice. I could be wrong.

Any thoughts?
