Update for 20 Dec

Thulsi is seated next to Harsh in the Hospital and he regains consciousness. Savitha, Mihir and Mohini join them.

Tanya is still hospitalised and unconscious. Since Tanya is not in a position to give evidence and Nandini is responsible for that, she says she will not break down in court. Meera says Thulsi and Karan will join them in court. Nandini thinks its not a good idea for Thulsi to go to court as Harsh is sick and the family is against her. But Meera says Thulsi is needed desperately.

Thulsi is leaving the house and the whole house is watching the scene. Mihir asks her not to go. There is a lot of talk about relationships, Dharm, Thakuriji, swabhiman and zidd. Finally Thulsi decides to go saying that her relationships may heal with time, but if Nandini looses, she can't make good the loss of her swabhiman.

After Thulsi leaves, Baa tries to reason with Mihir. He is nostalgic and says that Thulsi left her with no option, but to speak the way he did. He remembers all the turmoil that they have faced together. He does not want their relationships to end …it has after all withstood the test of time.

In front of the court, Thulsi and Ansh exchange words. She sacrifices him as her son and he says he had never accepted her as his mother. She says that the future generations will never mention Ansh in any connection with the family. She says she will be releaved when he dies.

Savitha invites Mihir to go to the court with him, but he refuses as he does not want to hear Thulsi's allegations against Ansh. In the court, Thulsi questions the constitution and makes a speech. She speaks of the rights and use of the constitution, if it cannot be amended to protect a girl. The judge tries to warn her about misconduct and possible consequences, but she goes on and on….

I am telling you the lecture was a little toooooo much. Practically she should have been arrested by now or thrown out of court.

ya i think she should have been behind bars by now. As Ansh says, she talks too much, but does very little. Otherwise she would have tried her best to tell mihir the rea;ity.
