In yesterday's episode,they showed like the Doctor telling Gautami that she's

Tulsi Viraani....

But I don't understand hw the doctor came to know that.😕😕

What u guys think.....Plz comment

During these six months, the doctor's team tried to find out who the patient is. May be it will be shown on Monday how the doctor found out. Moreover, finding the identity of the wife of a well known business tycoon is not that difficult.

well, if the doc can find out the identity of a well known business man's wife while she is unconscious and her face is scarred beyond recognition.. then awesome!

And why didnt the doc alert her family then? Atleast they can stop believing that she is dead..

I posted the exact same question earlier.. krishna4ever gave a very intelligent reply.... someone probably has helped her! This could be a new character as its not that likely that someone from the family in mumbai helped her...

or maybe...some one heard tanya talking over the phone with the doc and went over to help Tulsi.. now .. who could it be?
..lots of questions... must wait to see the next episode.. maybe Tulsi will also have her own "narayani devi" to help her out... (like in KGGK)

remember tripti asked lakshmi to run away after her wedding ? she must've seen tulsi's pic in santhiniketan n while running away, she encountered the accident. She identified tulsi n saved her.. as she knows the bahus are evil(eg:tripti) , she dint inform anyone in SN for tulsi's safety..

She could've also heard tanya talking over the phone...
What do u say ? Is that possibility ?

What I think is that somebody saved and admitted Tulsi in the hospital. One thing is for certain. That person must be somebody rich and influential. It has to be either a new character (yet to be introduced) or a character already introduced. Out of characters already introduced, Ganga has the highest probability of being the person who admitted Tulsi into hospital.
