I wonder how and where tulsi was found? And who is paying for her treatment these 6 months?? I hope this mystery is solved. And how the hell did the doc know that this was tulsi???

Obviously someone is helping Tulsi. That person is paying for her retament and knows who she is. This is the really surprise to know who the person is.

Im fully confused .
Ok wats there point
1) So Tulsi is not dead and her face is badly bruised that she will undergo plastic surgery n later come as somebody else (Gautami)?? Then Smriti will never be back in the serial 😲 ,but the rumour is she will be back .If the above happens how can they get her back later ??
2)ok for a while take it that tulsi is not dead ,she removed the tag and put it on someone elses feet and changed her sari.But then the doctor wud have seen he face n known its not tulsi . Ok so the persons face is fully bruised then will tulsi pay for a plastic surgery for someone else and ask her to pose as tulsi for sometime ??

Its all so complecated n m sure when the episode is played it will be full of loop holes n bloppers 😆
