Reshmi Ghosh (aka Bhoomi) and Manav Vij (aka Joydeep), the on-screen couple of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi have taken their on-screen chemistry to real life as well. Why are the two cozying up when Reshmi has a boyfriend Amit Gupta?
Apparently, Reshmi who met Amit Gupta at Kishore Namit Kapoor's classes broke up with him over a month back.
Misunderstandings crept in and their relationship of two years has gone sour now. The actress refused to talk about her relationship with Amit Gupta. She says, "There have been problems in our relationship but I don't want to talk about it as it is a very sensitive issue."
Soon after the two split, Reshmi and Manav became close and the two have been spending a lot of time together on and off the sets. According to a reliable source from the unit, "Reshmi broke off with Amit more than a month ago. Now Reshmi and Manav are seeing each other. They also hang out together and go for romantic dinners and cozy up to each other at discos.
"After her break-up, she has been crying on Manav's shoulders. If anyone says anything to Reshmi, Manav is the first person to take up on her behalf. At parties they come together and prefer to leave early, together. Anyone can say that they share a great chemistry and that they are seeing each other."
When we spoke to Reshmi she was all praise for Manav and said, "We are very good friends. We like each other's company and he is a very good actor. I want to do an interesting track with Manav in Kyunki…"
Manav too talks fondly of Reshmi, "I love working with Reshmi as she is a very sensible and sincere actress. I am very fond of her and yes, I do go out with her; she is a very nice and emotional person. We are extremely good friends. We spend a lot of time together."
