this show was all about Tulsi's stronge character but if she is leaving the show this is very disappointing way to exit. Ekta should find another way

No you are wrong! This show was never about only Tulsi! It revolves around everyone and thats what makes it so interesting! Kyunki is as the name implies (A mother-in-law at one time used to be a daughter-in-law) So yes Tulsi is definitely a protatginist but earlier on Gaytri used have fights with Pooja and Daksha and Prajakta still fight to this day. Tripti and KT have conflicts too! Shobha was the bahu of Payal and they also had fights! 😛
