didn't think there would be one for today, didja? 😆 but here's my candidate:

* manthan enrolling for an mba program - who else thinks that he's doing it because he's trying very hard to please his karan-dad? poor boy, he's never had any attention from his father. i think this is his way of trying to get his approval.

y'know what they say: imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. so sweet of manthan to try to imitate his business oriented father.

i don't think i missed anything, did i?

yeah i too feel bad for manthan. i think that could be the main reason for his rebellious attitude, his father's neglect. neglected kids get into trouble to get attention, even if the attention is negative. but it is so sweet that despite that he and bhoomi have such a strong relationship, he is not jealous of bhoomi at all. i think i am beginning to understand manthan.

i think that's bhoomi at work actually. she has been so secure in the love from karan-dad and tanya-mom (both of them have overworked the love to bhoomi part, methinks). and at the end of the day, she is sensitive to people around her. it's just that she has only ever cared about her immediate family and given two hoots about anyone else. i can see her having compensated baby-brother manthan for the lack of care from the parents.

and i don't understand manthan better at all these days. why does he allow a stupid altercation with kt to rile him up so much? i don't get it. 'cause i seriously don't think there's even a minutae of interest that manthan has in kt - her looks, her attitude - it's all been extremely confrontational. then why does he bother with spending so much effort in getting back at her? my only explanation was that this is one extremely bored rich kid.

i thought the first positive thing i've seen in manthan in a long time is the mba application papers. the only other time i felt for manthan was when nandini came back and he stood up for his mother. 😃

'tis funny how amit tandon gets into these great-brother-sister-love roles. he was a great brother-sister combination with mishty in kaise yeh pyar hai too. 😊
