It's coz of nandini zat tanya is staying in SN as karan's wife.. Bhoomi was supporting nandini wen she first cme to knw bout nandini n her going to jail.. but bhoomi started to hate nandini wen she thought nandini married aseem n zat nandini didnt cme to her engagement... nandani has no self respect, she is ready to accept a man, who has been staying with another womern for 20yrs. why could she have not moved on in life. she needs to admit that destiny never wanted her and karan to be togetehr, no wonder she went into coma and karan married tanya. if karan has loved her so much, he would have wiated for her. she was not dead, but was in coma, why couldnt he believe and trust his love
