in todays episode tulsi said "i dont want to repeat what i did 20 years back with ansh" it sounds like lakysha was ansh and eklavya was karan you know what i mean. so now they will think that ansh and nandini liked each other and karan came in between.

That's what I thought. But I don't think that when Tulsi said "mistake" she meant anything to do with Ansh-Nandini-Karan personally. Nor did she do it to compare the three to Eklavya-KT-Lakshya. I thought that she said it that to mean that she made the mistake of separating two lovers. She felt partially or maybe completely responsible for the sacrifice that Nandini and Karan made. Later on, her little mistake caused Ansh to die and all that. So I think by "the same mistake" she meant the mistake of separating two love birds.
