hey guys after todays episode i am so so confused that nandini and karan remeber everything about thier love lout thier son neither karan asked about their child nor nandini mention where the hell he is . does he exist or not.😕

I know, it's soo dumb. I think Ekta overall has forgotten that Nandini was ever pregnant after Bhoomi!
