As Ansh in Kyunki… Akaashdeep Sehgal was TV's most popular villain whose life came to a dramatic end when he was shot by his own mother. Now he is back in the serial playing Ansh's so far sacrificing son Eklavvya who even takes a bullet to save Tulsi, the lady responsible for killing his dad. Unfortunately for Eklavvya, viewers are not able to digest the fact that he is such a positive character and everyone wants to know whether Akaash will go back to terrorising his family on screen like he did in his previous avatar. When asked what's going on with his character Akaash says, "Currently there is a lot of drama happening around Krishna Tulsi, Laksh, Bhoomi and Eklavvya. But Eklavvya is so well-behaved and sacrificing, he even sacrifices his love for Krishna Tulsi for the sake of Laksh. He has acquired a different dimension and wants to do anything for the family unlike his father." But left to Akaash he would rather go back to playing someone wicked because he confesses to missing the popularity he enjoyed as Ansh. And he admits to the fact he could turn negative in the serial at a later date. "Right now Eklavvya is being pushed to the wall and his patience is being tested. So there is a chance of him becoming a major negative character. The potential is there but I have not heard anything from Ekta. She will take the call as and when she wants to create a dramatic conflict. I am just waiting for that moment because it will be great fun to play the antagonist once again," confesses the actor whose life and career took a different turn when he debuted on TV as Ansh two and half years ago. sorry if posted before. |
