I think Eklavya is trying to be all nice to Tulsi because he wants to marry KT. The only reason he sent Bhoomi to jail is because to look good in tulsi's eyes. Deep down he really hates her for killing his father and his only goal is to get KT. If you guys remember that's what Ansh did in the beginning when he moved to SN. he played nice with everyone so he could marry Nandani but by the time everyone found out it was too late.
