thats an automated response. it means that anyone sending anything will autimatically recieve this. this doesnt mean he has read you mail.
also keep in mind that his email is on the web and anyone has access to it meaning he probably gets ALOT of email and trust me goin through just ten emails and reading then AND replying can be very difficult not to mention time consuiming.

he does answer but like the reply said, only three a week. so imagine getting like a hundred emails telling you they love you , cant reply to all of them so and also picking the best three.
