1 IN FIRST EPISODE SHE WAS NOT HAVING MANGULSUTRA OR SINDOR WHEN THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED THEN WHEN KARAN CAME TO HOUSE.😊
2 WHEN ON THE SECOND DAY SHE TOLD TANYA SHE IS MARRIED TO SOME ONE ELESE.😊
3 WHEN SHE GOT THE DREAM ASEEM CAME FROM ANOTHER ROOM.😊
4SHE ALSO TOLD THAT SHE STILL LOVES KARAN AND BHOOMI.
5 SHE WAS MARRIED THEN WERE WAS HER MANGALSUTRA ON THEIR ANNIVERSERY AND TILL NOW HOW MANY TIMES THEY HAVE NOT SHOWN NANDINI WEARING MANGALSUTRA AND SINDOR .😊

i think there is definitely something fishy... i think nandini is faking her marriage to save karan-tanya's relationship.. she does not wantto interfere in anyones life.. if u remember even when bhoomi told nandini to come for her engagement, nandini said she had to go for a party but she was home that night..
