this one thought just came to my mind that if manthan is tanya and karan's son and bhoomi is nandini and ansh's daughter, then manthan and bhoomi aren't related at all. i just realised that.😆 😆

They are related. Bhoomi is Ansh's daughter, and Manthan is Karan's son. Both Ansh and Karan are half-brothers, because they share the same father...Mihir. So their children Bhoomi and Manthan are cousins.
