Hiten Gauri on Awards

Soap Queen Ekta Kapoor's all time favourite Hiten Tejwani is at his toes these days! Reason? No nomination for the leading man of India's No.1 soap Kyunki... in either ITA or HHITA. To add more to it, Ekta hoggered all the limelight towards her latest Uncle-beti jodi offerring (Does anyone remember them as Jai and Bani?). To this kind of behaviour, Hiten reacts, "Two years back, I got the Best Actor Award for Kyunki..., last year for the same role I got the Best Supporting Actor Award and this year I've descended so low to have not won a nomination even. Fantastic!"

In the flow of their frustration and the win of undeserving ones, Balajians spoke up. Where Hiten reacted exactly opposite to his simple image, Pawan Shankar plainly states, "I'm no one to judge anyone's caliber when it comes to acting. I'm still learning! But I could see the stage politics and injustice this year. My show Siddhant which has won a nomination at International Television Awards, received just one honour combined in both the award functions. I could feel the absence of some respectable actors at the show due to such inconsiderations. " Hiten added, "Something wrong is going on. I'm not able to understand what but I could see no point in Ram Kapoor winning Best Actor Award when actors like Rajeev and Pawan with brilliant performances were nominated. I'm happy for my team member Pulkit who won but others deserved their due too. I'm completely blank!"

Aamna Shariff who walked away with two awards at ITA seemed very happy, "I cannot comment on how fair the awards were but still I must say that many incompetent winners walked away with prestigious awards, at least critics should have been considerate about good shows like Siddhant and Left Right Left." And at last, the very beautiful Gauri Pradhan finishes this way, "I have nothing to do with awards from now but it was really disheartening to see Ram & Prachi walk away with Best Jodi awards despite of imfallible jodis like Rohit-Sangeeta, Rajeev-Shweta and Shakti-Kanchi on air!!!"

hiten is rite he deserves a award after all actors are sufferin in wars of these head honchos

i am glad ram kapoor and prachi desai won... cause ram kapoor acted so well and prachi was only 17 when she started the show a year ago and now she had proved herself...

i am sad that hiten would say something like this... i really like him (especially now in KAA) but you know what ego gets the worst of everyone...

and ram and prachi were the cutest thing in the world... so they got it and i am happy..

yes pari I agree with u. I mean I for 1 think hiten is a brilliant actor, and maybe he's right about the fact thathe should have been nominated, but I dont like the sarcasm on the edge of his tongue, I mean just coz u win in the previous year, or freequently, doesen't mean there eventually wont be any1 better than u and u should keep on winning awards for the same category.... And what Im most astonished about is that, how can they say that Ram kapoor is not DESERVING??? I mean yes the other gus are good too, they're all deserving, otherwise they wouldn't have been nominated..!! ram kapoor gave steller performances aswell in many of the scenes of Ks, which I think is as good as to give tough competition with the others.

What does she mean??? ram and prachi are as good as any of these jodi's..!! I think the age difference is hovering on top of the actors instead of the audience..!!

they say they dont know wht's happening in the awards, I for one dont know whats happening with them..!!

cant every1 jst respect eacotherswork and appreciate how hard they have worked, im sure if hiten was nominated and he won, gauri wouldn't of said he was less deserving??

hey i THOUGHT hiten doesen't win anything, but he did get an award.!!
