YES!! I wish she was because neither she has charisma nor emotions. Even Reshmi can act better. Reshmi has to potential, Mouni lacks even that!

Mouni is seriously not one who can keep viewers glued to the television. On the other hand, Smriti Irani can manage that easily. Now all KT lovers, please don't tell me that even Smriti was as bad as KT because it's a fact that she is MUCH better than her. Compare the crying scenes: Smriti in Austrailia and Mouni in court. You'll see who is better. Smriti might've been in this field longer but that isn't a reason to justify Mouni's acting as good. Even Shweta Tiwari, Mona Singh and Prachi Desai were new! But look at them, they have the power to keep viewers glued to their place. I'm not talking about beauty because Mouni maybe prettier than half the girls here but I'm talking about the potential that she lacks. Just because she has a good chemistry with Pulkit doesn't mean that she can be the new Tulsi! I mean see how ridiculous this sounds "She has a good chemisty with Pulkit so she should stay." To say that is an insult to GHT. Not only are GHT good actors but they also have the awesome chemistry.

Bottom line is that Mouni lacks charisma, potential and the emotions needed to play Tulsi's shadow and should be replaced. Not only that but she is arrogant. Proof 'It's a package deal that comes with fame - Are Lakshya and Krishna Tulsi dating?' She's taken herself for granted and she seems arrogant, not reserved because she bothers her co-stars by pulling pranks on them[source: 'Nobody's friend'- Mouni Roy]. So in short, she should be replaced by someone more charismatic and more potential to become the shadow of Tulsi because Mouni cannot manage it!

I think that Pulkit should be replaced coz he can't act for his life. Mouni is still fine. If Ekta has to start somewhere then move the shovel on Pulkit and then move to Mouni if at all.
