i don't think she is ugly but then i don't think she is so beautiful. she is average gal. i do belvie that her clothsing style need to be changed she need to do something different with her hair and change a shape of her eye brows ( as half of india has the same shape) and easy on the indian jewl. she will be better as time changes .. she will have better outfits so i think we should give her little more time.. as her acting have approved so much her style of clothing will change very soon.
