I disagree. At least Prachi holds the audience at the edge of their seat by her acting. Mouni soo cannot act. Try looking at her facial expressions; so fake. Prachi can easily capture the audience's interest😊, but Mouni fails to do so unless shown with Pulkit😳. Mouni was chosen by Ekta (where the hell was her good taste❓) but according to many others she doesn't deserve it. There is a huge difference between one person's thinking and 100+ viewers thinking. But I agree that Prachi will not look good with Pulkit. Maybe as Sawri but certainly not as KT. And as for your last question, helplessness is the answer. Helplessly addicted to Kyunki, one would think Ekta would have the sense to pick somone who deserved the role, but Mouni...no-no.
