yes they do..and the child is w/ Nandini right now..she was preggy right before the leap..but Nandini hasn't been shown after the leap..so we have noo idea if they kids are twins or only 1 child..or if it's a boy or a girl..or if she even ended up having the baby(which she most likely did)

yeh they did but nandini has the child now and karan doesnt know where nandini is

i think she did have a kid, i think its gonna be a boy who comes back to get revenge like karan did

i think the child is with mandira and will definetely come for revenge
