mihir inspite of being a sensible person is someone who always ends up trusting the wrong person. initially he was mamma's boy(savita was an egoist and always sided with wrong), hence he sided with the wrong decision.as he grew older , there were women in his life(payal, mandira and now meera), who always created circumstances where he ended up distrusting tulsi(so much for love). the odd part is that he never learnt from his mistakes. he was atleast wary when it came to mandira and payal but with meera, he is blindsided. the way i see it ....mihir's character is a martyr to ekta's loopy storytelling .
actually speaking ...it seems like all the men in all her shows have a common fate and flaws...these guys are all mamma's boys and they are either strangely detached rendering thier wives almost powerless or wallflower(karan with tanya, older hemant with pooja, older gautum with damini, older chirag with prajakta, sahil with tripti....) or they are obssessed(hate/love) with them(gautam with tisha, karan with nandini, ansh with nandini.....). i guess we know what ekta thinks of men in general or is it in some parts a result of what she saw in her surroundings all her life .the oddest part is that the more vunerable the menfolk are, the more attractive they are to women apparently. i still can't understand mihir's attraction for all these highly educated and successful women(young payal was a success in business, mandira was an exceptional doctor and meera is a sucessful lawyer)
