Mouni Roy who plays Krishna Tulsi always wanted to be an actor but landing role on Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi for a debut performance was more than what she could have asked for. ''I think every girl can identify with my character who is simple and homeloving,'' she says, waiting on the sets to shoot a scene she has ''no clue'' of. A theatre artiste who is a trained dancer—kathak, jazz and salsa—Roy loves the soap for its ''ability to connect with the viewer's emotions''. Interestingly, she hadn't watched a single episode of Kyunki... before she started acting in it. And now she doesn't have the time.
