No doubt.. It's karan n nandini...

zey wer seperated by ansh... zen bhoomi came btw zem n send nandini to come... karan was force to marry tanya... when nandini recovered, karan distanced himself from nandini as he fink he was betraying tanya... wen evryfing seemed to b ok but unfortunately nandini got 14 yrs jail... Finally she is missing... even her kids...

Hope zat happend to no 1 in real life...

Mihir and Tulsi. Ganga is lucky not to have Sahil in her life and Karan is pretty happily saddled with Tanya apart from the fact that he does miss Nandini. But at least he has someone in his life.
