I was gone for a along time so I need help. When did Kisna meets Tulsi his dadi?

Kisna 😳 met Tulsi in Haridwar. Baa wanted Tulsi(plant) and so Kisna 😳 went to go look for it and bumped into Krishna Tulsi and then Kisna 😳 ended up at Tulsi's house cuz he saw Tulsi(plant) outside Tulsi's house.and they met!!
