She knew what she was going to get from Karan when she came back to SN. He never hid it from her that his life is Nandini and no one can take her place. Tanya knowingly put herself in this position no one forced her too and Karan never hid it from her. So i don't feel sorry for her she deserves it.I think Bhoomi will accept her when she gets to know the reason for Nands going to jail.
