Remember post the leap how every1 was saying that Karan will have a mistress (mayb since Nandini's not around and he really doesn't love Tanya that much) I think Sameer is the child of Karan and his so called mistress. Or it could be Karan and Tanya's real son. Mathan is definately not Virani material.

If he is a lost son of the Virani's, he is most probably Nandini's child because 'people just don't disappear'.
