How can Harsh and Mohoni have daughter?

When Mohoni was lying that she pregent and child is sahil. Then Ganga told truth everyone. Then Harsh said he can never be father after the accident. Now they have daughter? How can that be possible now. Was there speical magic Mohoni became pregnant or its just Ekta magic.

This happen before long time when kyunki started first generation. When Mandara was acting being pregent. Then Ba asked pundit how Mahir kids. And that guy told Ba in Mihir life there will be on two kids not three. And Ba was confuse that Mandra is pregent too and Tulsi too after Guatam. Some how Mandra was not pregent. Then after the leap some Ansh and Karen came out Mihir sons. Again Ekta for got story lines. Pundit said there will be two kids in Mihir life and how did it get double. Ekta Kapoor magic works many time.

I think Mohini has a child from someone else..I think her ex-husband which they might show in some flashback. maybe this girl is her daughter and not Harsh's.
