Mohini tells Savitha that nobody is bothered about Gautam, that the Viranis are planning for a party.
Thulsi asks Ganga to invite Damini. Maybe even Gautam will accompany her. There must be some means of Gautam coming home. Ganga promises to do the needful.
Mohini tries to ask Savitha to stop the party. Savitha sadly shakes her head and says let the party go on. Mohini is surprised and feels sad.
Tanya goes shopping. She selects a watch and decides Karan has too many watches. She then selects a jacket and decides it's too common. In between she feels tired and feels a little giddy. She goes to sees a doctor. The news is confirmed that she is pregnant. The doctor wants to know if it is her first child. Tanya says it is her second child. She then calls up karan and decides to speak against anything. He calls back. But she decides to see the happiness in him and just asks him to come to the party on time. He reminds her of the promised gift and she says it is ready.
Damini tells Gautam that there was a call from Shanthiniketan. He flares up and damini tells her that Ganga has invited them. Gautam does not understand how Damini can even dream of joining the family in their happiness. Damini tries to reason that being separated from house and people are two different things. As he seems calmer, she also asks him not to acquaint with people like the one she saw yesterday. (In yesterday's episode Gautam was speaking to a rough looking character.). Gautam says it is guys of those kinds that helped him in times of need and not the so called family.
Damini is worried as she does not know how to refuse to go to Shanthiniketan. She could have met everybody else and the children too would feel good with Mayank. And if she tells the truth about Gautam being adamant, it would only widen the rift. Thulsi calls up Damini and enquires if they can make it to night. Damini says that there is a dinner appoint with a clinet for which Gautam had planned long ago. Otherwise they would have definitely made it. Thulsi realises that Damini is lying. She asks her to support Gautam and take care of him. She alone can be his pillar of strength and can make him strong again. Damini starts crying and says Gautam does really love her. Thulsi says she knows that and even believes in that. It is just her fate. When Gautam had come back after 20 years, she dreamt of making up the lost time with him. But fate has other plans. Thulsi again asks Damini to take care of Gautam and mayank and Damini promises to do so. Thulsi then hangs up tearfully.
The party is in full swing. Lots of music and dancing. Ganga takes care of the arrangements. Mohini enjoys herself with Harsh. Mohini asks Savitha if she is waiting for Gautam. Mihir also enquires the same thing. Thulsi says that she spoke to Damini. But …Thulsi sees that Mihir is annoyed and walking away. As she turns towards Savitha she too walks away Mohini is the only audience that Thulsi has and she does not continue.
Sanwari and Banwari are also seen around. Indu is dressed in black and a man with a bouquet comes in her way. They dash against each other. She says she is not sorry. There is some exchange of words. She drops her scarf. The man returns it back to her and her imagination starts again. She dances to a quick number with him.
Tanya is in a lovely dark pink saree. Savitha blesses Tanya and speaks to her with love. There is even Himmat at the party. As Tanya and Karan see each other…….and slowly walk towards each other

With this song and flash backs of their marriage and anniversary, they come closer.
Mihir congratulates them on their wedding anniversary; Saahil invites them to cut the cake.
