NAndini confesses !!!
Tulsi and Mihir are having a conversation.Mihir asks Tulsi what she was about to tell Savit. Tulsi sais that she was going to tell her what was right--that Mihir is right. She says tha now that she knows that Mihir is innocent , there is no way she is going to let him die. Mihir reminds Tulsi that it was her who told him tht they've live their lives. Tulsi says the said that only because she wanted Mihir to speak the truth. tulsi says that she will not support Mihir in what hes doing. She says that she knows that Mihir is trying to punish Tulsi for suspecting him by confessing. She says that if something happens to him (mihir) then she will never be able to forgive herself. Mihir says that if something happens to Karan HE wont be able to forgive himself. Tulsi begs Mihir not to do this. Mihir says what has happened , has happened, and what is going to happen, it is better to let that happen.
Next morning, Baa is gettin ready for the puja held in honor of babuji(BAAs dead husband). Savita comes and tells Baa to prepare for something else also---Mihirs funeral. Almost instantly , the whole family gathers downstairs. SAvita goes into her room.
Mohini is watching the scene from upstairs. She says that poor Mihir , has too sit in the boring puja,at least he will not have to do the same after he dies. Harsh is furious, he tells her not to talk nonsense about the family members.
Nands comes to call Tulsi for the puja. Tulsi , however is in no state to sit in the pooja. She is crying, she tells Nandini that she has saved Nandini's husband , but in doing so , she has been unfair to her own husband.She tells Nandini that Mihir is innocent and he doesn't want any1 in the family to know that.SHe says that today she has pushed her husband into death. Tulsi says that if Mihir is hanged , she wil die too. Nandini tries to calm Tulsi down . She asks her to be brave. Tulsi says that she was brave--and it was due to her braveryy that she could sum up the courage to drag her husband to court.TUlsi says that she wants to die. Tulsi asks NAndini to tell Baa that she can't come. THen she reconsiders, she asks Nandini not to tell Baa anything. Tulsi tells nandini to go sit in the puja.
Nandini comes out of Tulsis room. She has tears in her eyes. Shobha asks her where Tulsi is . Nandini tells her that Tulsi has refused to sit in the puja.As if in some sort of trance , Nandini walks out of the house. Damini tries to stop her and ask her where shes going , but Nandini just leaves.
The guard tells Karan that someone has come to meet him. Karan goes to find Nandini waiting for him. He asks her whether everything is OK at home . Nandini says, Mihir Papa's going to die , Tulsis going to become a widow...is that OK?, She tells him that if he is asking about her , then she is in a far worse state than Tulsi and Mihir , since she can't bear seeing them like that. She says that if anyone deserves death, its me--because I have klled Gujral.Karan asks her to stop acting crazy. HE tells her to calm down. Nandini asks him to tell everyone that Karan is covering up for her , or else she will go mad and die of guilt. SHe breaks down.
Back at ShantiNiketan , the pooja starts , apparently Baa has convinced Tulsi to sit in the puja since she is also there. THe Pandit ji asks the elder son and bahu of the house to come forward for the pooja. Tulsi and Mihir come forward.
Back in jail: Nandini tells Karan that she can not fullfill the promise ( WACHAN) that she has given Karan. She says that she killed Gujral for Bhoomi , and for Karan. KAran asks her to forget what she has just said. He says that she has to live--for their Kid.And it doesn't matter that he will not be able to see his kid, but nandini will....and it is now her responsibility to make sure that Nandini gives their child KAran's love as well. Karan says that although Nandini has killed Gujral , it is only fair that he dies since he should have killed Gujral to protect Bhoomi and Nandini as it was his responsibility.
TOMM:NAndini comes back home , still dazed. The pooja is still going on . Tulsi asks her where she went , since it is not advisable for her to go out so late , considering her condition.
